Just to highlight the overall experience and value added by Bob (and Bruce as the driver)
Bruce was absolutely fantastic. Great service, a top bloke, went well up and beyond what I would expect and we could not have asked for a better driver.
However, without a doubt, our trip in Canada would not have been anywhere near as successful without the guidance and expertise of Bob. I’m sure I don’t need to tell you, as I’m sure you know, but he is worth his weight in gold.
His ability to build relationships with both the driver, our staff and most importantly our students was fantastic.
His recommendations, tweeks to our itinerary, knowledge of the area and overall value added is something I don’t think I will be able to credit enough.
I’ve been doing tours for a fair while now and Bob has been the best ‘on the ground’ agent I’ve worked with.
A top bloke and very very good at his job. If we do look at touring Canada again, I will be insisting that we work with yourselves but only if Bob is involved from the start. He really is that good!
I imagine often people are very quick to complain but I try to operate and give thanks when it is due as well. So a big thank you to him (and yourselves in turn).
